Warranty

DynaVap want you to be happy with your purchase and stand behind the quality of their products. However, there are some situations where their warranty doesn’t apply.

DynaVap can’t accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care, or for products that show clear signs of abuse or excessive wear and tear. Loss or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, accidents, or simply misplacing the item isn’t covered either.

Returns also can’t be accepted if parts or pieces are missing. Multipacks, such as 3-packs, must be returned in full—individual items from these sets can’t be returned separately. DynaVap also can’t accept products that have been soiled or contaminated beyond what would be expected from normal use, or in cases of repeated misuse of the return policy.

Please note that minor imperfections or variations in colour on coloured devices are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.

Does it need batteries or electricity?

No—the M 7 is 100% manual and battery-free; simply apply flame to the cap, listen for the click, and inhale.

How do I know it’s ready to inhale?

Listen for the snap-cap click—that’s your cue that the DynaVap M 7 Vaporizer has reached the perfect heat for smooth, terpene-rich vapour.

Does the tip get too hot?

Thanks to the finless tip design, the DynaVap M 7 Vaporizer stays noticeably cooler at the stem, reducing the need to wait between draws.

Can I control vapour density?

Yes—by opening or closing the AirPort port with the pivot rocker, you can dial in any vapour resistance you like, from light puffs to full chambers.

How is microdosing achieved?

Slide the internal insert into the chamber to reduce its size by half—then load a smaller amount of herb for precise, sample-sized draws.

How often should I clean it?

Aim to clean your DynaVap M 7 Vaporizer tip after every 5–10 sessions or whenever residue builds up to maintain peak flavour.
