Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Do I need Pax Oven Screens for my Pax vape?

Yes, when using any of the pax vaporizers you need the screens. They come with the pax vaporisers but need to be replaced after a lot of use. They prevent herb from traveling up the chamber and give a smoother drag.

Should I replace my pax oven screens?

After many uses and cleaning sessions the Screens can become less effective over time dew to becoming distorted. Replacement screens are essential to ensure smooth airflow and to prevent herb traveling up the chamber.
