Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Is the silicone safe and medical-grade?

Yes, it’s made from food-grade, heat-resistant silicone. It doesn't have that "rubbery" chemical smell and it’s designed to be safe for constant skin contact, even when the device gets warm during use.

Does the sleeve cover the power button?

The sleeve wraps right around the top, but because it’s flexible silicone, you can still press the hidden button easily. It doesn't make the device any harder to turn on or change your heat settings.

Is it worth getting if I mainly use my PAX 4 at home?

Even if you aren't travelling much, it’s great for peace of mind. It stops the device from sliding off coffee tables and keeps the metal finish looking brand new. If you ever decide to resell your device later, it’ll be in much better condition.

How do I clean the grip sleeve if it gets dirty?

You can just wash it with a bit of warm soapy water. Since it's silicone, it’s totally waterproof. Just make sure it’s completely dry before you slide your PAX back inside so you don't trap any moisture.

Will the sleeve interfere with the magnetic oven lid?

No, the bottom is left open so you can still pop the magnetic lid off and on without any interference. You can reload your oven and get back to your session without ever removing the protective cover.
