Heating & Vapour

Veazy uses hybrid heating, a mix of convection hot air and conduction warmth from the chamber walls. This combination heats the load quickly and evenly, so flavour stays clear and vapour output is steady. The Veazy Vaporizer warms to a base level around 180 °C, then offers Booster and Superbooster steps that add extra heat for a stronger finish.

Controls & Web App

One button handles power and level changes, with a quick light or vibration cue when it is ready. If you like precision, connect the Veazy Vaporizer to the S&B Web App to set exact temperatures and adjust the two Boost offsets to your taste. You get advanced control without cluttering the device.

Everyday Flow

Airflow is calm and open, so you can sip or take a deeper pull comfortably. Warm-up is quick, sessions feel predictable, and top-ups are simple with USB-C. It is a straightforward load, click, enjoy routine.

Storz & Bickel is responsible for all their product warranties. To activate the warranty, the product must be registered on their website within the first year of purchase. Please visit the following link to complete the registration: https://www.storz-bickel.com/en/registration

*For the Veazy Vaporizer, there is a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you register your device on the Storz & Bickel website, you will receive an additional one-year warranty.

If you encounter any issues with your device within the warranty period, you will need to file a warranty request through your Storz & Bickel account.

Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces & accessories as they are replaceable items.

Although you have the option to return the device to us to complete this process on your behalf, please note that this will result in a much longer repair or replacement process. We will need to create an account on your behalf, input your information and gather information about your device, which will add a lot more time to the overall process.

Does the Veazy Vaporizer work with dosing capsules for herb?

Yes. The Veazy Vaporizer supports Storz & Bickel dosing capsules for pre-packed herb, which makes loading quicker and keeps the chamber cleaner.

Can I set exact temperatures on the Veazy Vaporizer?

Yes. Pair the Veazy Vaporizer with the S&B Web App to set precise temperatures between 40 and 210 °C and to adjust the base and both Boost offsets.

How is the draw resistance on the Veazy Vaporizer?

The Veazy Vaporizer is tuned for a calm, open draw with low resistance. Airflow is rated up to 10 litres per minute for comfortable sips or longer pulls.

What grind and pack suit the Veazy Vaporizer best?

Use a medium grind in the Veazy Vaporizer. Fill the chamber loosely to the rim, then settle gently. Overpacking can restrict airflow and reduce flavour.

How long does the Veazy Vaporizer take to charge?

With USB-C, the Veazy Vaporizer can reach about 80% in around 40 minutes. Exact times vary with charger and remaining level.

Can registration extend the Veazy Vaporizer warranty to three years?

The Veazy Vaporizer warranty is two years. Some S&B models qualify for an extra year upon registration, but the Veazy Vaporizer is listed for two years only.
