Manufacturer Warranty for the PAX Plus Vaporizer

PAX offer a 10 year limited warranty on the PAX Plus vaporizer and a 2 year limited warranty on the PAX Mini vaporizer against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 10 years from the date of retail purchase from Evertree.

If for any reason you experience issues with your device please go directly to the Pax website at the following link https://www.pax.com/pages/faq and open up a customer support ticket. Pax will then go through trouble shooting with you to determine the issue.

Please note the warranty is not applicable on mouthpieces or other accessories as they are replaceable parts which will need to be replaced over time.

Is the half pack oven lid recommended?
Yes it comes in very handy. I use it with every session, allows for less herbs to be used in the chamber
Why do I need the PAX Half Pack Oven Lid?
If you find you are using too much herb in your pax 2, 3 or Plus, the Half Pack Oven Lid reduces the volume of the oven, meaning you use less herb in each session.
Does the Pax Half Pack Oven Lid work for the Pax Mini?
No, the Pax Half Pack Oven Lid is only for the Pax 2, 3 & Plus.
