Solo II Lifetime Warranty

The Solo II carries a lifetime warranty on the heating element, a limited 2-Year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, and a limited 1-Year limited warranty covering the battery. Glass is not covered under warranty. Retain proof of purchase for warranty service. Returning the product and costs incurred are the responsibility of the user. Arizer will repair or replace warrantied items at our discretion. The warranty does not cover units damaged by dropping, tampering, unauthorized service performed or attempted, modifying the unit, misuse or abuse.

Can you use the Solo 2 while charging?

Yes, you can just partially charge the battery for 5-10 minutes, and then you can set the temperature and use the Solo II while the battery continues charging.

How do I turn my Solo 2 on?

Press the M and the ^ button at the same time.

How are the products packaged?

All products arrive in discrete packaging, in a plain brown jiffy bag or brown cardboard box, so contents are unknown to the receiver.

Can I vape tobacco in Arizer Solo 2?

Yes, you can also vape tobacco in the Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer.

How do you clean arizer tube?

To clean the arizer glass tubes, simply soak them in isopropyl alcohol for an hour or two, then rinse them off in hot water until they're nice and clean. You can give them a shake, repeat this process a few times, or just let them soak in ISO overnight.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

From dead it takes approx 3 hours to charge
