Had to replace the one I broke. My fault. The shipping is very fast and customer service is top of the line. Shipping fee is equal to or lesser than other stores. The product is identical to the one that broke and nicely packaged.

I love the 100% glass vapor path, easy to clean by soaking in alcohol, just be sure to rinse well before use. I’m not sure, but I think if the glass used was some sort of Pyrex, It may hold up better. All and all, it’s good to have a few spares.
